New Resilience helps behavioral-health treatment centers (Residential / PHP / IOP) lower CAC and increase admissions with an AI-first CRM and a Referral Community that drives trusted, lower-cost referrals. We’re backed by respected operators in the space and used daily by admissions & outreach teams.

The Role

We’re hiring our Founding Sales teammate (player-coach Enterprise AE) to build and run the end-to-end sales motion: from targeting and discovery through evaluation, security/BAA, pricing, negotiation, and close—then partner with Customer Success to convert pilots and expand. You’ll also help shape our pricing, messaging, and repeatable playbook.

What you’ll do

  • Own the full cycle: Prospect, qualify, discovery, solution mapping, demos, pilots/POVs, ROI, security/BAA, legal/commercials, close, and handoff.

  • Develop a focused territory plan for behavioral-health organizations (multi-site/residential, PHP, IOP). Prioritize high-fit ICPs; build multi-threaded relationships (CEO, Clinical, Admissions, Outreach, Finance).

  • Create pipeline via targeted outreach, conference/network follow-up, partnerships, and inbound qualification.

  • Sell the platform: AI-first CRM (workflows & automations) + Referral Community (demand channel). Position value around admissions velocity, lower CAC, and workflow automation.

  • Run complex evaluations: structure pilots, success criteria, and ROI stories (conversion by source, time-to-close, staff efficiency).

  • Forecast with precision and maintain spotless CRM hygiene.

  • Cross-sell/expand: move Community users to CRM; land with one workflow and expand to full admissions & outreach.

  • Be a subject-matter expert: stay current on behavioral-health trends (ALOS/census, payer mix, referral dynamics, HIPAA, BAAs, EHR/CRM integrations).

  • Close the loop to Product/Marketing: surface objections, workflows, and integration needs; help refine messaging, collateral, and conference strategy.

  • Help build the playbook: messaging, MEDDICC/Challenger-style qualification, proposal templates, pricing guardrails, security FAQ.

You may be a fit if you have

  • 5–8+ years B2B SaaS sales with enterprise or complex solution cycles; 3+ years selling into healthcare/behavioral health/human services (bonus: EHR/RCM/CRM or admissions/revenue ops tools).

  • Consistent quota attainment with accurate forecasting and clean pipelines.

  • Strength in consultative discovery, multi-stakeholder navigation, and executive storytelling (clinical + ops + finance).

  • Fluency in a sales methodology (MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN) and CRM discipline (Salesforce/HubSpot).

  • Ability to run demos and light configurations; comfortable with security/IT, BAA, PHI-safe workflows.

  • Founder mindset: bias to action, comfort with ambiguity, and pride in building the first playbook.

Bonus points

  • Sold into residential/PHP/IOP treatment centers, SUD/MH groups, or ABA networks.

  • Experience with rev cycle, referrals, call tracking, or marketing attribution in BH.

  • Network of BH operators, admissions directors, and outreach leaders (“book of business”).

  • Prior startup or founding AE experience.

What success looks like (first 90 days)

  • 30 days: ICP account list, sequence/collateral feedback, first discovery meetings on calendar.

  • 60 days: Qualified pipeline across 4–6 logos; 2–3 active pilots/POVs scoped with success criteria.

  • 90 days: First closes; repeatable demo → pilot → ROI → close motion; clear forecast; playbook v1 documented.
