I have led high-performing teams at companies like Labelbox, Sift, and Datatron driving products in AI, platform engineering, and growth. But this isn’t just a technical mission. A close friend of mine overdosed after struggling to get timely help. Personal experiences in mental health and substance abuse have shown me how broken and inaccessible the behavioral health system can be. I started this company to help treatment centers grow, reach more people, and ultimately solve for accessibility in care.

I’m a product leader with a decade of experience building and scaling technology products at Microsoft, American Express, and Labelbox. I’ve led teams driving AI and data initiatives to solve complex challenges. My own experiences navigating mental health care showed me how frustrating and difficult the process of getting access to care can be. I started New Resilience to help treatment centers grow and operate more effectively and ensure more people can get the appropriate help when they need it.

Larry is a behavioral health growth leader with deep experience in outreach, relationship-building, and community engagement. He spent nearly 11 years as Sr. National Business Development at The Menninger Clinic, supporting business development and marketing across a wide multi-state territory, and most recently served as Director of Community Engagement at Aliya Health Group in Las Vegas.
