Ritten integration
Connect your admissions CRM to Ritten. New Resilience hands an admitted client off to Ritten cleanly, so the record stays intact from the first inquiry to admit, with no double entry and the referral source attached.
What the Ritten integration does
New Resilience runs the front office, meaning outreach, referral tracking, verification of benefits, and admissions, and syncs to Ritten at admit. When a client is marked admitted, the record is handed off to Ritten automatically, with demographics, insurance and verification of benefits, and the referral source, so the chart stays intact and nobody re-enters it by hand.
Who it is for
Behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment centers that run Ritten, a modern behavioral health EHR built for clinical teams, and want a front-office CRM for outreach and admissions without entering the same client twice.
How it works
The connection is native and fires on status, not on an overnight export. A client moves through your admissions pipeline in the CRM, and the moment someone marks them admitted, the sync hands the record off to Ritten and keeps a link between the two. This is not a CSV you export and clean up, and not a generic automation hook you maintain yourself.
What transfers
Demographics, insurance and verification of benefits, the referral source, and level of care. The more that moves on its own, the less your team retypes, and because the referral source survives the handoff, you can still trace an admitted client back to who sent them.
Security and compliance
HIPAA-compliant at every tier, with a signed BAA. Data moves between the CRM and Ritten over secure, authenticated connections, and protected health information stays inside the platform's compliance boundary.
Implementation timeline
Setup is measured in minutes, not months, with no consultant and no long contract. Our team confirms the specifics of your Ritten configuration during onboarding.
