EHR sync
Two-way sync with the Kipu, Alleva, BestNotes, and Ritten EHRs. When a client is admitted, their record is created in your EHR automatically, with demographics, insurance and verification of benefits, and the referral source carried across. Status can flow back, so you can tie admissions to the sources that produced them, and nobody re-types a chart. If your EHR has API access, we can build a custom integration for you free of charge.
Call tracking
CallTrackingMetrics and CallRail. Every call logs itself against the right referral source and opportunity, so no touchpoint goes unrecorded and you can see which sources and campaigns actually drive admissions.
Gmail and Outlook. Outreach and admissions email syncs to the record on its own, so the full history of a relationship stays in one place instead of scattered across inboxes.
Verification of benefits
Built in, at a dollar a request. Insurance captured at inquiry is verified without leaving the CRM and carried into your EHR at admit, so what you verified up front is what your EHR ends up with.
How the integrations work
These are native, status-based syncs, not a CSV you export and clean up, and not a generic automation hook you maintain yourself. The handoff fires on a real event, like a client being marked admitted, and keeps a link between the two systems, so attribution survives and the data stays consistent.
Security and compliance
HIPAA-compliant at every tier, with a signed BAA. Data moves between systems over secure, authenticated connections, and protected health information stays inside the platform’s compliance boundary.
